Genuine and professional! I came because of a personal friendship with Dr. Bates but the rest of the staff quickly won me over with their kindness and efficiency while handling my treatments and care.

The reason why I gave them a one is because each time I wanted a dental office I actually had to go to another dentist to get my teeth corrected. My mouth was messed up several times to where I couldn't eat for weeks the first time I went. I thought it was me because the staff was so nice there . So I went back again and got some feelings and they messed up previous work that I had done from another dentist. I would not recommend anybody going to that office. Because now I have to spend more money out getting everything corrected if they done wrong

Extremely professional and easy to get a new appointment. Did not have to wait at all before being seen. Dr Bates and Emily Morris were very helpful and made my appointment so much more enjoyable!
