Weird experience. Everyone pretty rude. Front desk wasn’t bad but seemed annoyed that I was referred there by the Strongsville office. Assistant was extremely rude... pretty much told me I was lying about my pain, and legitimately head-down SIGHED when I started talking about more symptoms. Dr. Gorman was not very friendly at all but did what needed done. ALL of them were very annoyed with me being there in general, but especially bothered that I wanted nitrous. Tried super hard to talk me out of it and to take a pill instead. Wasn’t comfortable with that, went with nitrous anyway and they were very light handed with it, and charged twice for it what my dentist does. Also, extremely expensive... they did a retreat(root canal) for $1,300 before insurance and didn’t even crown it, told me to talk to my main dentist about it. Will not go back here. I’m a very high anxiety dental patient and overall this was not a good experience.

I had a root canal with Dr Colaco. Him and his assistant were very efficient. Except for the novocain, I felt no pain. Highly recommend!!!

Honestly had the best experience here this morning even though I had to get 2 root canals done. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. 2 root canals were finished in an hour and were painless. 10/10 recommend them!
