Dr. Edgar is an exceptional Endodentist. I've had 2-3 dreaded root canals with him in the last 12 years. I had a very painful sick tooth last week, and he wrangled the throbbing pain into submission. I appreciated his honestly that my particular tooth issue may be a bit painful. Yup, kick-off was hell, but worth it. Thanks Dr. Edgar. I read the negative reviews, I was curious.....there is somebody at the front that I also find offensive and she could cost him a star, but I let her sourness roll past me as best I can; it's all about Dr. Edgar fixing my teeth and he's that good.

Dr Edgar and his staff are amazing. Super professional, experienced and informative. Having had many dental appointments in my life. Dr Edgar walks you through the process and explains your options to get you the best results before doing any work. During the procedure he provides clear instructions, checks for your comfort and puts you at ease. I actually look froward to my next appointment.

The dentist and his medical crew are exceptional. I couldn't ask for a better experience while in the chair. One of the office employees could use a class in empathy and when to keep her thoughts to her self. I'll never forget being told they would have to bill my insurance next year because they were only able to do most of the work this year. Not only does that mean I have to put other teeth on the back burner (for a year) but I had to pay for the work right before Christmas while they, the insurance, gets to wait. Her comment of "this is what happens when you wait until the last moment" was beyond antagonizing when each treatment is more then my rent. My partner and I have been prioritizing our care with that in mind and they had to be seen before I could at Norendo no less. She has the horrid job of asking for a lot of money from people but she could learn to do it with some heart and understanding.
