I’ve been a long time patient. I honestly LOVE Dr. Sadakah. He actually cares and remembers you and asks how you’re doing and includes you in treatment planning. The past year or so has been completely different. I rarely see him, I have the other doctor. I have several medical conditions that contribute to excessive cavities. It’s frustrating. In the past, we’d knock them out quickly after diagnosing them, in a matter of a couple of months. Not anymore. I had X-rays in August and because they only let you schedule one appointment at a time, and because she races to do one to two fillings in 10 minutes (yes, I timed it) and puts off the rest, I’ve only had three fillings taken care of by the end of November now and still have more than a handful to do, and my next appointment is a month out. At this point, I’m developing more cavities that aren’t being diagnosed or assessed, and the original group will get taken care of over a year or more. How is that providing adequate care?? And I h

My hygienist is wonderful and the doctor is great. I only request that they please encourage flossing and extra brushing when a particular tooth is looking vulnerable to a cavity. Like a "heads up." Sometimes, we just need to put extra attention on certain areas of our mouth...or nutritional suggestions. Knowing that a cavity is imminent in a particular tooth would help me to improve my oral routine and slow or reduce progression of the cavity.

The front of house staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist were all super friendly and professional. This sort of positive energy is great for patients like me, who tend to get nervous at the dentist! They also made it easy to schedule appointments!
