Endodontic Associates - Dr. Benjamin Nielsen and Andrew Broadsword

I needed a root canal, so not fun! I was in major pain and called to make an appointment. They got me in same day! I went in and it was an amazing experience. The doctor was extremely professional and told me everything that was happening. Procedure was very well done and painless. I had absolutely no pain afterward. I even was able to eat dinner that night. HIGHLY recommend! Best root canal I have ever had ( if that’s a thing). Don’t want to repeat, but if I had to I would choose them again

That was the WORST dental experience I've ever had. Dr. B. missed a spot in my root canal, requiring a third and fourth trip to complete the process. The third for 3D imaging scan to locate the missed area, the fourth to finish the job. That fourth visit I was given so much numbing agent, not by request, that I could barely swallow and felt as if I might drown in my own spittle, which brought on a panic attack. We got through it, but I will never go back there. UPDATE: It has been suggested in the following response that I had made it known I "did not want to feel anything during treatment," which is highly unlikely. My medical records reflect a high tolerance for pain and a preference to forego morphine when it is recommended for pain management. I have never, to my recollection, requested not to feel anything during any procedure. This was the preference of the doctor at Endodontic Associates, not the patient.

Dr. Broadsword did an excellent job with my daughter's tricky back molar. The staff is friendly and understands dental anxiety. They ensured my daughter was completely comfortable before beginning her procedure. Dr. Broadsword updated me on the treatment during the procedure and answered my questions with solid medical advice. We had a great experience all around. Highly recommend them.
