Amazing Dentist and staff is awesome. I highly recommend.

I found Dr. Ahmed Metwally, DMD of Northside Dental and Germania (his dental assistant) very competent and friendly. I would like to send them more of my business and recommend them to others. But I can not because my customer experience with the front office was not good. When everything runs smoothly, everything is fine. Everyone is friendly. But when there is a snafu or miscalculation on the dental office side that impacts the client, the lack of customer service training and customer service mindset is immediately evident. When the miscalculation is on the dental office side, the staff spends time explaining why it's acceptable for them to inconvenience the client. It's up to the client to accept and accommodate the dental office error with no show of appreciation or recognition. This dismisses and ignores the impact to the customer and their inconvenience. I have been coming here for a few years now and it's always been great. The Dentist there now is fantastic. The staff in the back works really hard along with the Dentist to make sure we are comfortable and also understand what they are going to do. The front office had its issues with hiring after the calming of Corona like every other business but now there is a steady solid front desk system and they are GREAT. My insurance is not the easiest to deal with and Ashly has kept up contact with me durring this process. My husband loves it there Andy dad is most likely going to try them soon And we moved to Winston-Salem and still love it here.
