I went to this clinic for some teeth fillings, I had this clinic registered as mine through my insurance provider, asked over the phone, asked at the office counter, then AGAIN in the dentist chair before the procedure and all times I was told "YES you are COVERED." however the last time I asked they convoluted their words talking about their first patient program discount as if it was some sort of additional savings bundle. I decide to trust them and go ahead with it. The exam was unpleasant, the nurse was slow and rough with me as well as running unpleasant subject matter on the television during all of this. They completed my fillings and I went to pay the bill, which seemed higher than expected, but I shrugged it off because I was sick dealing with dentists. I came in for a cleaning months later to be done by the head office doctor, Marc Amsili. He was also rough with me and would prod at certain teeth and say outloud to the nursehand "oh yeah, that's gotta come out" as if I'm not

I went in to the Omni dental group out of desperation. I was in excruciating pain from an abscess on a molar, and they were in my insurance group, my husband called they were very professional, and very kind, they were able to get me in right away, I had never been there before . And I am so grateful that they were able to see me immediately.I went in and Dr. Patel examined and assessed I needed a root canal and recommended that I needed to see an endodontist who just specializes in root canals, and they were able to get me in with Doctor Ahmad, that very same day, at the Omni specialty clinic, which is located up near 183 distance from me, but I didn’t care if someone could take care of this pain I was willing to go. I am so grateful that the Omni dental group is a multi specialty practice, and not one person trying to do it all , because I’ve been there done that with a dentist down the street from the them , fancy office and everyone was very professional, but in the end, all he was

I’ll start by saying the dentist’s and hygienists are always super nice and amazing. That said, I won’t be back to this practice. Every time I’ve ever had an appointment either something wasn’t working, or someone couldn’t find what they needed. That doesn’t inspire a whole lot of confidence. The final straw was my last appointment after my bridge had been seated. I needed the final amount my bill was so that my flex spending account could reimburse me. The lady at the front couldn’t give them that. She didn’t even know my bridge had been seated FOUR MONTHS EARLIER! I had my insurance and the health spending account place call them and see what could be done. Insurance suggested that they submit everything to them so I could be paid back. She said it had been. It wasn’t. They only submitted part of it from the specialist. She said they were required to submit the rest even after I asked them to so I wasn’t out of pocket on this. She kept refusing and got super irritated.
