Palm Desert Modern Dentistry

I went to Palm Desert Modern Dentistry as a new patient with an acute toothache. The front office staff were welcoming and made my husband and I feel comfortable. The waiting room was full but we were made to feel we were the only ones there. The technician who did the X-rays and assisted Dr. Tran was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. As it turned out, I needed to have a major procedure. Although, it was my first experience with Dr. Tran, I felt confident in his care. He explained everything as he went along and definitely knew what he was doing. The facility is clean, spacious with state of the art equipment and thorough observation of universal precautions. They offer a Financial Benefits Plan to assist patients with financial aspects. I cannot express how thankful I am to have found Dr. Tran and Palm Desert Modern Denistry. I highly recommend them.

First off: love the office and the feel inside—very welcoming. And the touch of having the actual dentist come out and greet you and take you back is a perfect touch. Nothing sterile or impersonal or cold about this office. And this really won me over. As for my dentist: Dr. Joe was warm, affable, and full of alacrity. Again: not something I normally see in a dentist. And he took the time to explain my options and how to proceed with my dental needs. Put succinctly: I felt comfortable with this guy. All of these things has this place easily getting an A and my vociferous praise. That said: there is one HUGE red flag that needs to be articulated. And this is the last step of insurance and what the procedures would cost. Here I felt like I was in a Used Car lot and was being hustled big time. I was told my insurance would not cover anything! Looked at the billing guy incredulously and said: “Come again? I have insurance—and I am axiomatically certain it is covered.” I was told it di

Very professional practice, from friendly greetings when walking into there practice, to answering all questions and concerns you might have and outstanding care from the docs and assistants. I had Tanya help with my care and she was very friendly you can tell she enjoys her job and caring for her patients.
