Shadow Hills Dental Care

I haven't been to a dentist in over 15yrs. I love this office. The staff is polite, kind and respectful as well as efficient, great at going over the cost vs insurance stuff. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the dentist. I've had numerous visits thus far to get my dental work done due to my blood pressure issues. The dentist is kind, patient and checks in on me frequently to make sure I am tolerating the procedures well. I could not be more pleased with the dentist and his staff. I will be returning to them for any and all of my dental needs as well as recommending them to anyone who asks.

Horrible waste of time. Spent 3 months going to this dentist and still had teeth in my mouth that were a constant problem. Unrealistic treatment plan and didn't want to listen to me. Once she waited over an hour after numbing me to do a filling and the novocaine had all but worn off. Wasn't trying to hear what I had to say then either. Better experience at Western Dental.

I would not even give this place a once star rating but was forced to in order to leave this review. I was left in the dental chair for 2 hours, no one ever even came to check on me. I finally walked out. When I called them they only screened my calls and would never get back to me. This is a very unprofessional staff. The only person their that actually did her job was the gal that did my x- rays.
