This one star review is by no means a slight on some of the lovely people that practice in this location but to serve as a warning to the general public that the business practices of this small business are not consistent with current standards of medicine. I arrived for a scheduled dental procedure and, after receiving numbing medicine and irreversible tissue removal, was informed that the necessary equipment to finish the procedure was malfunctioning. With no recourse, the office had only one option (not the intended procedure) to return me to my previous disposition. This would have been generally acceptable, for a short term solution, had the office not taken so long to send me a bill that I had changed addresses and not returned for any more dental care (for obvious reasons). They repeatedly sent a bill to the wrong address with no other attempts to contact me (phone or email) before selling my outstanding debt to a collector which quickly demolished my credit score. Absolutely horrible experience. I never leave negative reviews but felt this one was necessary. I booked my appointment a month out, confirming my insurance multiple times. I then received a call the day of my appointment at the exact time that my appointment was starting (I was 2 blocks away), stating that they did not accept my insurance and I couldn’t have my appointment that day. When I asked why I was just receiving the call at the time of my appointment, the receptionist said that she had been out of office and was just now checking. I explained that I took a day off of work for this appointment and she was rude and unapologetic. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I can’t see why anyone would trust them with their insurance or teeth.

I'm writing this on behalf of my significant other, who recently became a patient of Dr Papadakis. And Let me tell you, from the beginning it has been nothing less than spectacular working with this Dr. When my hubby first decided it was time for him to get some dental work, he was extremely shy (and even afraid) of visiting ANY dental office. I think he had a bad experience in his past, but from the moment he met with Dr Papadakis, he felt extremely comfortable.. and in my opinion even excited!!! The Work of the Dr. was efficient, effective and not to forget .. BEAUTIFULLY DONE!!! The dental office itself is extremely clean, and modern. And even when my Hubby had an unexpected business trip, the Dr. kindly moved his appointment up to accommodate him. All in all, if your looking for a quality dentist than look no further then Dr Papadakis!!! Thank You Dr! From the Evans Family!!!!
