Run to any other possible dentist! Don’t be fooled by the flashy offices or social media ads. I truly never knew a dental appointment could be this awful. I was here for a BASIC ROUTINE CLEANING. All of the equipment in the room was broken, he had to get help 3 times to fix different stuff. X-ray experience was AWFUL 20 minutes of sharp plastic shoved into my mouth haphazardly and the hygienist getting annoyed with me for the X-rays not coming out while I have tears from the pain from his aggression. Yes I’ve had cleanings and X-rays before. No one spoke to me like a human, asked questions or was interested in any of my reasons for coming, issues, goals for any treatment plan. Felt like only half of my teeth received any type of cleaning. We never even reviewed the X-rays I suffered in pain for. Pain was extreme 10/10 which I have never experienced. Friendliest staff! Really professional and knowledgeable. The space is super cute and they make you feel really comfy! You almost forget you are at the dentist!

My experience with tend in studio was great… However, they’re billing has been a joke and they have done nothing to rectify the situation. Tend messed up and did not process my wife’s insurance. This resulted in 400 dollars being taken out of account with no prior warning (though they claim there was, I assure you there wasn’t). They’re response was simply, “too bad go through your insurance and it could take 2-3 months to possible retrieve those funds”. No mistake of our own, entirely their ineptitude. In the future, just comp the visit when you make mistakes on billing, don’t financially harm the patient. Shame on tend.
