I'm so glad that I insisted on a full breakdown of what my cost will be for a root canal. I went from a simple $80 copay to having to pay over $1000 out pocket. The more questions I asked the more I got the run around.
Dr. Chen was so amazing!! She went over the details of my radiographs and answered all my questions during my first appointment. During my second appointment she continued to ensure I was feeling alright and made me feel so understood & heard. Reception is also very nice and welcoming. Will continue going back for sure!
I had an okay experience. My first dental cleaning with Dr. Koi was in May 2022. The experience with Dr. Koi was fine. However, when I checked out, the front desk staff was aloof. I scheduled my 6-month follow-up for December 2022. On the day of my appointment, I was told I didn't have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Koi and couldn't accommodate me. Costumer service is essential, and unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience.
