This is by far the best dental group I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful and caring. From the front office to the Dentists are a class act. Very kind and explain step by step. High quality work. Don't plan on going anywhere else.

Cannot say anything negative about the dental services, but their scheduling is the worst. You schedule your appointment online, you communicate with the clinic via email, confirm your insurance information, receive the appointment confirmation email saying they look forward to seeing you, you request time off work to come during work hours, and yet they will cancel your appointment because you did not pick up their call and did not orally confirm your appointment. Some people work during the day and cannot answer calls - can't this be done via email? And how many times do you need to communicate with the clinic to make your intentions to come to your appointment clear? Fix your scheduling procedures and show respect for your patients' time. Will be changing the dental care place, unfortunately, as the same issue keeps happening again and again.

Thyme Dental Care is fantastic. I have been going there for a little over a year and a half, and the staff are patient, kind and attentive. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentist visits. For the two fillings I’ve had done there, the doctors have always ensured that I am comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend this team enough.
