The level of professionalism displayed at this practice was gross. As I was in the chair to get my teeth cleaned, the employees were whispering to each other questioning my ability to pay and whether I had insurance. My insurance information was clearly given to the practice earlier. When I told the employee I indeed had insurance, they said “sure but I have to check”. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that what seemed to be very professional dentists had such unprofessional support staff.

Last stages of dental implants at Nationsl Dental, the service at the office is exceptional. Dr. Fischer and Dr. Ganz are the best doctors. They were very patience with me and did a great job with the implants. The office manager is great she explained the procedure. From the front desk to dental staff all are great.❤️

The staff's reaction to this event was nothing short of extraordinary. Their prompt response and genuine kindness shone through as they procured juice and crackers to ensure my hydration and blood sugar levels were stable before allowing me to leave. In an extra measure of care, they offered to arrange an Uber to take me home. This episode truly reflects the genuine kindness and commitment of this team, not just to oral healthcare, but to patient well-being as a whole. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for anyone seeking top-notch, compassionate dental care.
