Park Dental Roseville

Have had great experiences at other Park dental locations in the past, so tried out this location for convenience. The people that work at this location are very unethical and rude. During my visit the dentist tried to convince me I needed all kinds of unnecessary cosmetic work. Felt like she was trying to get more business and get me to have to spend money. When I called to discuss a bill the lady at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me as I was in the middle of a sentence. This was my first and last time at this practice and I suggest you find somewhere else to go as well.

I have been going to this dental location for years and I love my hygienist. However, one of the person who answers the phone Rachel is very rude. I had an issue with my insurance not covering as much as they should have. I called them to get it resolved but she kept saying "The BILL IS YOURS". I was only trying to figure out how to resolve the situation, but she acted like I was saying I wasn't going to pay the bill. The conversation was very weird, and I would be happy not to deal with her again.

I am so pleased with my hygienist, Crystal, and my dentist, Dr. Luterman. They always do such a wonderful job and they are so friendly and kind. It’s always a good experience. I never liked going to the dentist until I started going there. Thanks Dr. Luterman and Crystal. Sincerely, Susan Erickson.
