Dr. Dean Kent is the best dentist I have ever seen!! He is kind, doesn’t rush, compassionate, and made me feel totally comfortable. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

A friend referred us and we were very disappointed! I called to schedule new patient appointments for myself and my two children. At the end of the appointment with the dentist, he said I needed to come back at a later date to have my teeth cleaned as I didn’t have an appointment with an hygienist. I was beyond frustrated as I called to schedule new patient appointments to have our teeth CLEANED! The staff claimed this is their policy for appointments(which I have never heard of at any dentist…) - if this is the policy that you need separate appointments to see a dentist and have your teeth cleaned, someone should inform you of that when you call to schedule. Will NOT be going back - complete waste of time and staff was unwilling to accommodate. I do not recommend!

I really like Dean Kent and his holistic approach. However, the office was not accommodating for an emergency we needed help with on a Saturday even though the office was open and we had been clients for years. They directed us to the ER even though my son had an infection, was in a lot of pain, and needed an extraction. Another local dentist came in to his office to help us out and we have since switched dentists.
