Please accept this not as criticism, but constructive comment. My hygienist was a temporary fill-in and, as I understand, fairly new at her trade. I found her tentative and lacking confidence in her tasks. She also used so much water when cleaning that I had to wipe my face twice and was slightly nauseated for a few hours because of all the chlorinated water I had swallowed. I'm also not sure if the patient should be holding the suction tube. Perhaps she just needs a bit of mentoring. Nonetheless, the goal of cleaning my teeth was met. Thank you.

Always feel comfortable. Dr Santos is always personable and takes her time with me. Her assistant Lisa is great and very helpful.

my mom has been going to Smile by design for around 10 or so years. I COMPLETELY understand why. Ivy, my hygienist was amazing, very sweet, made sure I was okay during my films & cleaning. Dr. Santos is a real sweetheart. I get why my mom loves her. She’s super informative, told me what was best for my teeth moving forward, very heartwarming, & they just made me feel super comfortable. plus it’s BEAUTIFUL in that office. i loved every second at smile by design.
