I had a great experience with them in getting my braces on/off! They took good care of me and kept me well informed and prepared for different situations while making sure I was keeping my teeth in check. John's a great guy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
This place is nasty DR ASHBY is rude gets offended when you ask him to put on gloves after touching several patients then tells you to go to find a different orthodontist. I will find one that doesnt mind being clean sad and pathetic
Going to Ashby was a ok experience in the beginning. When Covid came, the office shut down then when they reopened it would be about 3-4 months before you could get a appointment. I had to wear these braces 4 1/2 years and it caused more damage to my teeth. I literally set in the chair and cried but they still made me sign a paper saying you’re “satisfied” before they removed my braces. Now I have gap in my mouth; in which, is so hard to look at because I’ve worked so hard to pay off these braces alone.
