Today my seven year old was VERY nervous about going to the dentist. Jennifer however, was very welcoming and kind to my daughter. By the end of the visit my daughter said that she was not ready to go because she had so much fun. She also stated that Jennifer made her visit ✨magical✨. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness and patience on today. It really shows that you love what you do!!

Our daughters were previously patients of Dr. Scott Rosenblum for approximately 5 years. Prior to COVID, parents had been allowed to accompany their children for procedures and we had a great experience with Dr. Rosenblum and his staff. Due to enamel hypoplasia, our oldest has needed three crowns placed by Dr. Rosenblum. Recently, our daughter had a crown placed and it was an extremely distressing experience for her. Prior to the dental assistant taking her back, we were told we would not be allowed to accompany her. My husband notified the assistant that our daughter was feeling a little anxious. While sitting in the waiting room, we heard very alarming screaming coming from the back of the office and second guessed whether it could be our daughter. The distressing screaming continued, so we asked the administrator at the front if she could check whether it was our daughter. She left and came back to confirm it was. We asked if we could go back and she stated only one parent would be
