Pediatric Dental Group and Adventure Vision

First visit with my two children. The waiting room was a bit crowded. Did not like the fact they called you back into one area to check height and weight and then send you back out to the waiting room. Was called back to the exam area not too long after appointment schedule time. Our hygienist was very concern with her phone and text messages. She seemed more concerned with her phone rather than making the children comfortable. Once the hygienist was done with her cleaning and X-rays it took FOREVER for the dentist to come do his exam. In my opinion they are overbooking patients at one time.

This place automatically cancels appointments. I took off work and drove over an hour to my son's appointment just for them to tell me they canceled it. I even had a text message from a few days ago that they sent me about the appointment. I had been using them for both my sons for years. Will not he returning.

Dr Byars and his assistant Montsi were so caring and gentle and my daughter got the best dental care we have ever experienced. We will be going back to them for all of her appointments.
