The clinic itself is very nicely decorated. I went back with my daughter for her initial visit to meet the doctor, but their policy is no parents going back with the kids so I couldn't go to the back this time. Dejonay (sorry if I misspelled) came and explained what they would be doing and also explained how everything went afterwards. Dejonay was very sweet and my daughter went with her without hesitation. I gave 4 stars just because my daughter's appointment was for 1:30, I left work early to be there 15 minutes prior and instead we stood outside of the locked door while they were on lunch until the appointment time. I just won't be accepting that time slot again. Thank you!

I don’t normally write google reviews but I have used this practice for the last 3 years with 4 children and I have had bad experience after bad experience. I felt the need to save other parents wasted time and anxiety them and their children may feel. You are not allowed to go back with your children for the open bay cleanings. They gagged my daughter so bad she threw up all over herself and didn’t tell me until they were finished. They left her in her soiled shirt until they were done. They are constantly late. Office staff will tell you you can go back with your child if they are in a private room for a procedure like extraction, but when it’s time the doctor will refuse to have a parent present which left my child very anxious and scared. And to refuse to allow me to hold his hand, I found absolutely ridiculous. This promotes fear of the dentist for life. Also leaves your child open for sexual abuse when a parent cannot view how their child is treated in a closed room. They often t

You don’t realize how bad this place and dentist is until you go somewhere else. They make the environment fun but it is not a fun experience. I needed to get my son in for a cavity causing him pain and couldn’t even get a call back after calling multiple times. We made the switch elsewhere and our new dentist is wonderful. They allow me to sit with my kids and are so caring. Don’t believe the amount of reviews, they pressure you right in the office for reviews. If you like pushing you kids through a dental factory and only getting an impersonal video update from your dentist, then by all means book your appointment. If you want the best dental experience for your kids, find somewhere else.
