Had asked billing to check before any dental work was done to be sure My Insurance was accepted, was told yes. After completion of Exam and Ex-rays was informed, perfect teeth could not do the extractions. Most of 6 months later, I received a full bill of over $500 for incomplete dental services by perfect teeth Rio Rancho. To My knowledge insurance was never initially billed.
Staff was nice from the moment I walked in. Each step was explained as I had not been to the dentist in a while. I highly recommend this practice.
Very professional, extremely attentive and caring. Practically no pain removing two old crowns and installing temps. Doctor and Assistance were terrific.
