Sundance Dental Care

Set appt but need to cancel, called in and the female who answered was very rude, I asked if I could reschedule and was told no because they were booked out until august, which was fine, but decided not to schedule with how rude she was. Then I get an email saying thank you for your visit let us know how we did, for a review. I did not go to my appt that was cancelled so now I am wondering it they still billed my insurance for a visit, called to ask and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. Terrible customer service

Let me tell you, this was one of the only experiences where I was genuinely happy about going to the dentist! This place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, the dentist was fast and efficient, and my hygienist Santana, was knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I think I found the one and only dentist office I will be going to from here on out.

I chipped my front tooth and was in desperate need for it to be fixed. Dr. David C came to the rescue and did a great job. Very happy with the results. They got me in next day and as always great service. 100% recommend!
