Perinton Dental's staff are the best! When I arrived Mary, the receptionist, actually thanked me for updating my medical information. Dr Ummer was very thorough and he definitely included me in the team discussion. He has my confidence & trust because of experiencing his expertise, attention to detail & sensitivity to my needs. I was particularly impressed with how seamless he worked with Gita, dental assistant ,logging into the computer my gum depth measurements & photos to compare for my next visit. Also, my teeth cleaning was actually perfect with Caitlyn.The tools were the latest technology and efficient. I felt no pain & never had a mouthful of water. Very pleasant,easy experience, and Caitlin took extra time to actually answer my electric toothbrush question by showing me on my teeth. I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for years. They renovated the next door office after COVID - it is very chic and clean (with complimentary mini water bottles, juice, and coffee). All of the staff is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Y is also great and takes time to explain what she is doing/why. Highly recommend!
