Rochester Endodontics

I've had several different treatments done at Rochester Endodontics by Dr. Dow. The level of care given at this office stands out greatly. Dr. Dow carefully reviewed imaging and explained the treatments carefully, allowing me to ask any questions I had. The office also does a great job in educating about a procedure and following up after the procedure is done. For that reason, I would confidently return and recommend the office to friends and family.

I had an amazing experience having a root canal done by Dr. Dow. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, even a root canal which was done extremely wrong at another dentist's office, Dr. Dow explained everything, was very efficient, and was extremely caring. I had some anxiety due to my previous root canal experience but he helped me feel better about the whole process. His staff were just as caring. I received a text message the next day checking on me. Just an amazing experience. Highly recommend this office to anyone having to have a root canal done!

I had my first ever root canal yesterday. I had a lot of anxiety over it. I was referred to Rochester Endodontics by my dentist. I am thankful for that referral. Dr. Dow performed the procedure, with lead dental assistant Heather. Dr. Dow and Heather are a *great* team. They are my first choice if I ever need another root canal (I HOPE NOT!). Dr. Dow generously numbed the area before the work, and I felt very little of what was going on. Dr. Dow and Heather engaged in friendly banter between each other throughout the procedure, which really helped me take my mind off everything. They were funny and I even chuckled a few times, DURING a root canal! :-) Nobody wants a root canal. However, Rochester Endodontics is the place to go when you find yourself needing one. Even if my dentist felt like performing a root canal, I would lean toward going back to these experts. You always have the best results when you go to someone whose specialty matches your needs.
