Pfeifferhorn Dental

My daughter does not do well at the dentist, and the whole team was just fabulous with her. Everyone, including the office staff was so kind and helpful.

The person who was cleaning my teeth was much much more aggressive than I’ve ever experienced at the dentist, and when I asked if she could please be a little more gentle, she said “okay,” halfheartedly and didn’t change anything. She proceeded to tell me that my gums are just sensitive, even though I’ve never had this problem before at the dentist. My gums were bleeding a lot and she was digging into them while scraping and going down hard while flossing. I think her name was Jessica (maybe) and she was short and had black hair. I won’t be coming back, even though Dr. Pfeifferhorn did a good job and he was kind. Jessica continued to ask me questions even though I made it clear I wasn’t in the mood for small talk, and persisted with the questions until finally I just told a lie to get her to stop. She asked me college related questions 3 times even though I told her I wasn’t planning on going. leslie and savannah at the front desk were really nice though!

One of the best and easiest dental clinics we've been to! Felt loved and welcomed! 11/10????
