Pine Dentistry & Braces

I came here when I was a 10th grader relying on my mom even when my mom was in the waiting room they always got upset with me for not making appointments I’m a child that lives 1 hr away. Now every time I make an appointment it’s either messed up with a name or they tell me a later time and put something different in. I’m just turning 20 on January 9th and I’m more insecure then ever with my braces to the point I don’t like smiling. I was told I would have to do a consult, but my braces still can get fixed and clean now when I called hours before I’m told something totally different. Let’s not forget the fact I have all my brackets on BESIDES 1 in the front where they put a long bar on my front right tooth. It’s very embarrassing and down grading so I asked can I get them taken off since it’s still an issue and they clear don’t wanna help and I was still told no. I asked can I come in for the time I was told I responded I have people in front of you they would go first but your only c

My experience here has always been great. Today I experienced what I read on the other comments rude costumer services and poor attention to appointments scheduling and procedures. I hope they can review this and change the current front desk lady or at least train her to improve costumer services.

The staff here are extremely rude. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another dentistry that actually respects your time and money. I drove more than half an hour for my appointment but then they told me we don't have your appointment ( our system is down) . The woman at the front was very abusive and derogatory in her speech to me and my wife. In addition, the place is absolutely rundown , you wouldn't even think you are in the US.
