Have been bringing my kids here for last two years, with in-network insurance. However they were no longer in-network as of January of this year. And they said they mailed a letter to let us know (we all know how unreliable snail mail is) and apparently they posted a sign up on top of the mini fridge in the waiting room. So since I didn’t get a water from the fridge, I was not aware they were no longer in-network anymore. Do not go here. The fact they didn’t have their front desk associates verify that I knew the change in insurance is unacceptable. They should make sure their patients are aware of any changes made, especially when it comes to changes in insurance cover. Completely unacceptable. Unhappy with how they handled this situation. Make sure you go to the mini fridge for any and all important information. *The lady I spoke with said the email was sent in December (not a year ago), never received that email. Had I received it, I would have Never made the teeth cleaning appointm

Absolutely, 100%, the best place to go for dentistry. I've been a patient for over 20 years, and I know they are there best Dr. Johnson is my dentist, but the others in the practice are great personally and professionally as well!

I was in incredible pain, called early Monday morning and staff fit me in that afternoon. I was able to get problems fixed and pain is gone. Dr. Sarner and his staff were so accommodating, compassionate and very professional. Thank you!! Thank you!!
