Today I had my first appointment here, and I don’t know that I have ever received such honest and compassionate healthcare in my life. Dr. Miller and Jan at front desk are truly so kind, and quick to offer comprehensive treatment plans/solutions. If I could give 10,000 stars, I would.

My experience with Portland Pearl Orthodontists has been marked by a mix of positive interactions and areas that could use improvement. However, the facility is clean minus the bathroom. Further, I've had the pleasure of interacting with the receptionist whos name i dont know but she went above and beyond to assist my kid. It's evident that she's working diligently to familiarize herself with her role, and her efforts to clarify matters with the doctors are noteworthy. While it should be the doctors' responsibility to communicate directly with patients, her proactive approach is appreciated. And My daughter loves her. Dr. Paxton, too, deserves commendation for his warm and welcoming demeanor. His genuine care for patients is palpable and leaves a lasting positive impression. However, it's important to note that there have been instances of doctors running behind schedule, which can be inconvenient for patients with busy schedules. Dr. Miller is quite the mastermind smile designer! Both my girls have been blessed with such great smiles thanks to his work. We had the please of 1 getting traditional braces and the other getting Invisalign treatment. Both worked out beautifully!
