I was referred to Dr. Williams for a root canal. I had some anxiety since it had been quite awhile since I had this service performed. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by smiling, friendly and efficient staff...very important. Dr. Williams was knowledgeable and professional; he explained the procedure and answered all of my questions to the point that I was very comfortable. The process was almost painless. He passed Chairside Manners 101 with an A+. I was very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Williams and his staff are exceptional. He is very personable and actually takes the time to listen to you. He thoroughly explains all procedures and makes sure his patients are comfortable before proceeding with any treatment. He understands the limitations of his abilities, and will consult with other doctors to find the best path for each patient. He is a man of integrity, and it shows through the excellent care he provides. Thanks for going above and beyond for me, Dr. Williams!
