Village Dental - North Raleigh

Most people can feel a little nervous going to a dental practice, but the lovely crew here take patient care and comfort as a major priority. With kind people like Julia and Danica at the front who make the sign-in process fun, and great techs and hygienists like Nicolette, my experience here has been incredible. Dr. Z is very professional and kind and personable, and Chloe is great as well! Just wanted to shout out all the kind people who have made my visits a pleasant experience.

Would not recommend. They overbook so dentist is working numerous rooms at once. Hygienist would play on her phone when the dentist wasn't in the room. She used her gloved hands on her phone then in my mouth. Definitely don't allow them to sedate you or you won't know what happens and they'll keep you sedated longer due to overbooked appointments. They also aren't honest about fees. Ask you to pay in advance. Tried to "forget" about a cleaning I had previously paid for thrn suddenly overcharge your insurance to scam you out of more money. Very dishonest business practices.

Strongly recommend! From the front desk to the Dentist to the treatment coordinator everyone was nice. Morgan was very clear with the treatment plan that we created and understood what I am aiming for in trying to get the best smile possible. I had a tooth extracted and didn’t want sedation so we went with laughing gas and it was a great option ! Imagine laughing at everything and getting a tooth pulled at the same time lol. But I was very comfortable and will continue to be a client of theirs.
