We absolutely love this office! We have 4 of our kids currently with them. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My oldest recently got her braces off and they did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my other kids when they need braces.
I’ve had my braces for 2.5 years and I had a wonderful experience each and every office visit! Today is the day I get them removed but I want to thank you guys at Precision for the excellent care..!!!
I am extremely disappointed and aggravated. When my son first started 3 years ago, they were wonderful. They have progressively gotten worse. To right now, where we just want these braces off so we don’t have to deal with them anymore. The wait time in the waiting room is outrageous. A few times we waited for more than an hour. I was willing to overlook this. I understand things can take longer than expected. HOWEVER, they have now messed up THREE of my appointment times. And an ADDITIONAL time when apparently they cancelled all their appointments because their sterilization machine was down. Problem with that time was they DIDN’T call us to let us know. We drove all the way there, just for the receptionist to tell us no appointments that day. Are you kidding?? They couldn’t call their clients to tell them?? This is outrageous. I am currently trying to contact them about tomorrow’s appointment. Which I HAVE the appointment card with the date and time. However, upon listening to their r
