Easy, kind, gentle, not words usually associated with dental visits but these folks make it easy to keep your appointments. Very pleased.

This office is in network for me. So I decided to give them a chance. The staff is very friendly and Stacy is great. But here's my problem... I went in ONLY for upper dental work. Then realized that the dentist wanted to do lower dental work. I have had no problems with my lowers and don't understand why they would even look there.??? And on top of that yall did a cleaning that is not even covered by my insurance. Why was this not explained beforehand, and I was not allowed to make the decision on if I wanted this done? Now I'm stuck with a extra bill that was not expected.... ** UPDATE **.....So now I just had my 4th visit to this office. Its ok... but as I was looking back at your website, I realized that it says that yall do pull teeth.... at least thats what it says.... so why are yall sending me to another dentist just to pull a tooth.... whats really going on here???
