I Love my Dentist, She's so amazing along with her awesome staffed. Go Team! Just when I thought having a beautiful and complete smile was out of reach she encouraged me and gave me hope and made it all so possible ???? Thank you Dr.K

Edit on 4/7/23: I just canceled all appointments with prime and the receptionist was incredibly rude after repeatedly insisting on me telling her why I needed to cancel them. She thinks a picture of my mouth is sufficient in diagnosing a cavity and that they didn't have to release my information to my new dentist after I signed a release of information form yesterday. They sent a low quality tiny blurry screenshot of my xrays in a passive aggressive attempt to make me need to get all new xrays at the new dentist. So that's the quality of care that they provide. I have never been treated so badly going to a dentist in my life. It's laughable and incredibly unprofessional behavior. About a month ago the hygeinist was trying to refuse to give me a dental cleaning or check up when that's what I had scheduled. Then when she begrudgingly agreed to do the cleaning she was so aggressive she forcefully pulled all of my gums away from my teeth and made my mouth bleed a lot. I was in severe pain

It took 9 months to get my dentures and after a year and my gums are not swollen they fit terrible. My very first impression was done wrong and that started the whole problem. They have too many trainees that they don’t go behind and check their work. I can not go through life with these dentures. I have only had them about 5 months and bottom dentures are already breaking piece by piece. Please do not go there for your dentures!!!!! I am seeing a lawyer this Friday. I lost a lot of work directly my this time and stress. I am very hurt. I need to get my permanent teeth free . My bottle m teeth are chipping off. Do not go there at least for dentures!!!!!????
