Prime Integrative Dentistry

Something is very off about this place! They push a $300 ‘membership’ & then make it so purposefully confusing. They claim it saves you money, but as I realized from before, they just overcharge, do add-ons & extra procedures to make up for it. The dentist & her asst were so rude when I was trying to finally understand how the plan actually worked, so after a while of the runaround, the unbelievably rude treatment & the other issues, I left never to return! I advise you avoid this dentist!

I first off want to say that this dentist is great. If you have the money, I would recommend this place. But you can quickly rack up a bill. And they charge a lot more than what insurance would cover. Also make sure if you do have insurance you know how often you can get X-rays bc they will not check this for you before performing it. They charge for little thing that normal insurance would cover. I was out over $1k and only got reimbursed $70 with insurance. It was very disappointing since it was just a cleaning, X-rays. Just know what you are getting into. Also check bill before you pay. I got double charged which I caught after the fact and they refunded. They also charged for hygiene consultation with my 3 year old when I was not even in the room. I believe I asked them to refund this too. Not everyone verifies your insurance bc if they did they would have know I already had X-rays. They are very proud of their cost

I have waited over 2 months before writing this review, to make sure I am leaving an honest one of the services rendered, and to not speak in anger. Since August of 2023, I have spent $12,719 at Prime Integrative Dentistry, money I’ve been saving 4+ years. Services I’ve received included one cleaning, a root canal treated tooth extraction with a ceramic implant placement, a metal implant extraction with ceramic implant placement, and a baby tooth extraction. I chose Prime Integrative Dentistry because of the holistic approach to oral/dental health the doctor values and she figured out how to remove a metal implant others previously told me they couldn’t. Each time I came to an appointment, I had a different dental assistant (with one exception). It seems there is a swift turnover rate in this office. The dental assistants and doctor always seemed to be in a hurry. My first surgical procedure was completed in November of last year. She said the root canal treated tooth she extracted was
