I've been a patient of both Dr. Sheppard and, today, Dr. Mikhail at the Flower Mound office, and I've had excellent experiences with both as well as the assistants and front desk staff each time. I recommend ROOT and this fine office.
My first two visits to Root Flower Mound have been exceptional in every way. The level of professionalism and attention to detail make them stand out in a sea of mediocrity. All staff have treated me as their most valuable customer making certain that I clearly understand the treatment procedures and what is expected of me after I leave their office. They are truly a breath of fresh air!
All the Doctors and staff are amazing and kind! My hygienist is amazing! She really takes they time to make sure I’m comfortable! Dr. Patel and Dr. Allen are very knowledgeable and kind. It’s important to me to have trust between doctor and patient. Here at ROOT you get that!
