Monarch Dental - Lewisville TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…. My first appointment on 10/2 @5pm got cancelled 30min before the appointment because the doctor never returned from lunch. My rescheduled on 10/10 2pm was awful. The office never ran my insurance so I waited in the waiting room for 1hr. I had a scheduled appointment for a procedure. Once I got to the room Dr Richardson made me feel very uncomfortable and it was very awkward. He than left the room and never came back. The office manager had to tell me that Dr Richardson will not do the procedure today (which was the reason I was there) and would reschedule the next day. The office manager would not give me a reason and it was a complete waste of my day. If anyone from Monarch Dental is reading this, I would love a follow up call.

Chad the office manager was extremely helpful. He took his time working through any billing and scheduling appointments. I had questions about previous issues that he resolved quickly and effectively. It was refreshing to see how smooth this appointment went and how well business was handled.
