Let me first start off by saying I'm not the review guy, but when you receive customer service on this level, you have to say something. I am a 56 yr old male and this is the very FIRST time I've ever been to a dentist and not have a nerve hit that would make me tear the arm off the chair. That in itself has blown me away, two times I have visited this practice and both have left me motivated to final get all of my dental issues corrected. Doctor takes the time to explain procedures and options, no adult chastisement or out of the way comments, staff professional from the admissions area to the assistants during procedures. If your looking for a mind blowing experience, this is the place to visit.

I really love this location. It's always clean and Erica and the staff will always offer you something to drink while you wait. Dr Lam is one of the sweetest Dr I have ever met. He is caring to all his patients. It shows that he really cares. I really recommend this dental office.

I contacted my dental insurance company and was referred to my in network provider; Lewisville Dental Implants and Braces. I contacted their office and was welcomed by the agent and confirmed their office was in network. So I made an appointment and was able to get in the same day. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted so I could check in and complete the new patient paperwork. Within minutes of finishing my paperwork, I was escorted to a dental chair. The office was clean, bright, and welcoming. I had the least painful x-ray experience for my teeth ever. I didn't have to bite down on pieces of plastic that were painful to hold until the x-rays were completed. That alone is critical for any new patient to know. It was nice to experience no pain for once. Dr. Lam reviewed my x-rays and examined my mouth, gums, and each tooth for cancer, gum disease, and tooth health.
