Queen City Endodontics - University

I had a two-part root canal from here in September/October 2023. The initial interaction went well and the staff was inviting. The healing process after the second appointment was rough and they were attentive and provided immediate care. However, three months have passed and I am having some pain and hypersensitivity in the same region. My general dentist referred me back to this office to be seen. I have called several times and left three separate voicemails over the span of a week. I have not received a call back nor an email to help me schedule time to be seen. I then tried to schedule with the office off Albermarle and after giving them a run down of my situation, they called the University Office (conveniently able to get ahold of them) and I was given the run around that I needed to wait to be seen by Dr Hutcheson for the sake of continuity of care. I was also informed that the office manager was well aware of my voicemails and that I was “at the top of the list”. Still, no cal

My experience at Q.C. Endodontics was amazing! Dr. Lynn and Shaquille were great. Everything was explained thoroughly to when I could understand. Each phase of the process was explained! I highly recommend Queen City Endodontics to those who need dental care!

Dr. Lynn and his staff are awesome. Great service! Very caring, considerate and patient. Had no problems or even much pain after my root canal. Definitely check them out!
