University Dental Associates Charlotte University II - UDA2

I chose this location because it use to be minutes from my home in Matthews. My experience with the practice this year has been riddled with foolishness. I only returned to them because my other provider Night/Day Dentistry could not fit me in. So, the Matthews Office closed and moved to the University area. Oh, just to let you know there are two actual UDA offices with two different addresses in the same parking lot. This one is suite 300. The office canceled my appointment (August 27, 2022 at 4 pm) unbeknownst to me and is now scheduling out to October. My August appointment was schedule 6 months ago. It does not deserve a star. It deserves restructuring.

Dr. Patricia's service is excellent, dedication and patience are unique, highly recommended, I am very happy with the service received by the doctor. My son suffers from anxiety and the doctor took the time and all the patience to try to work and help him calm his anxiety.

I have been coming here since 2020. Not all but some staff weren’t very professional greeting or over the phone. I stood with them because I loved my dental hygienist Dr Aguirre who referred me to get braces & covered my cavities. She did such clean job & very knowledgeable on her profession. As I returned for a cleaning (2023) I noticed the new staff they have now are amazing! From the front desk to the dental assistants are so charming & welcoming now! I just got my 4 wisdom teeth removed on general anesthesia & doctor Javon Slaughter next to his assistant made sure I felt comfortable & put my concerns 1st since I wasn’t going to be put to sleep. I was up the whole time & didn’t feel a thing! They did such spectacular, smooth, clean job! I been there 3x since coming back & everytime I came I was received with a warm welcoming that would make anyone feel comfortable to address any concerns. If u had a bad experience few yrs ago I believe u would love the new staff now. I definitely re
