I would not recommend this office to anyone. I had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Gallardo and one of her hygienists. Both were very unprofessional and clearly couldn’t wait to be done with my appointment as they very openly talking about winding down the clock as they were completely the process of providing me with a permanent crown. They were inconsiderate as I was very obviously uncomfortable and in pain throughout the process, and the hygienist was very unaware to the fact that her hair whacked me in the face every time she looked in my mouth. Pull your hair back, girl! I was treated as if I wasn’t seen or heard in the room, which was very concerning as I needed work I’ve never had done prior to coming into this office. Dr. Gallardo was very unclear as to what work I needed down as well as why I needed it. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office, which takes a lot because I love going to the dentist! The only reason I’ve provided 2 stars

Is very concerning when professionals don't take oral care seriously. My appointment was canceled 2 times, being out of the 6 months period for cleaning, the day before of my appointment, 3 months after my original appointment, they called me to cancel for the 3rd time and I stepped up and said no, what's happening. The Dr. has to leave early, the same reason given to me before. When they rescheduled for 9am, instead of being canceled, I showed up, the Dr. saw me but then I was told "no space for cleaning available". Completely shocked I said excuse me, I was told Dr. evaluation and cleaning was going to be done. They did the whole process, but it took a bit of arguing. Not recommended at all.

I went to Dr. Joe for the first time. He was professional friendly and gave me a pain free experience. I have always been very uncomfortable going to any dentist. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Joe. Thanks!
