64yrs Veteran only VA medical no dental insurance coverage I have extreme pain massive infection Swollen jaw social security only source of income I had been looking for weeks for a dentist simple extraction $400-$500 the ad said $10 free x-rays and complete evaluation. It's true my dentist is Dr Tasha her assistant is Kenny they treated me like I was paying cash I paid my $10 with loose change I had been saying they offered several options for me to pay . Don't let the braces advertisement fool even though they take extremely good care for everyone especially Senior citizens and Veteran's Thank you Dr Tasha and Kenny from the bottom of my heart ♥ And lower jaw Brian Trimm

After schedule a regular cleaning appointment, I showed up to the appointment and they did nothing but try to sell me out-of-pocket services all which nothing my insurance covered they have a bad business practices going on. Do not go there. I do not recommend anybody go there. it’s a big waste of time. If you have insurance they just get you and they’re going to charge your insurance just to tell you you need a deep cleaning and that a regular cleaning is not sufficient enough be aware of their malpractice business Do not give a dollar to pay out of pocket when other dentist offices offer the same services and take your insurance Horrible business practices I am going to report them to the better business bureau! And I also retract my 5 star review, they deserve a zero but, the lowest I can go was a one also they mercifully forced me to fill out while I was waiting for them to come back without a pocket numbers Dr. Tasha Assistant Evelyn Complete waste of time and insurance resour

I was seen here recently within the last two months. The dentist was with me approximately 5 minutes maximum. She came in said everything was normal. Didn’t show me the X-rays, which is very out of the normal for me. Her assistant, male so of course his hands are not small didn’t even bother to clean calcium build up on the back of my lower teeth. The dentist never came back in after the cleaning was supposed to be done to assure the assistant did their job right which he didn’t. The lack of ethics at this place starts at the top with the dentist I believe her name was Tasha. I would advise anyone who cares for their teeth and money not to go there. I have to now get a second opinion. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible.
