Tray was working on my daughters cleaning today, he was so sweet to her and explained everything thoroughly. He even gave her a couple toys before she left. I am so grateful that he had so much patience. Keep up the good work Tray!
Dr Chen is awesome and gentle. Was so glad that he took me seriously and they even got me back early because of my pain. Carol at the front desk was very kind and patient while we sorted out payments. Definitely coming back!
Absolutely a no. If i could put no stars I would. Worst experience ever. They were beyond chaotic and the staff was unhelpful and not very professional. WARNING! Your appointment time isn’t actually an appointment time, it’s an arrival time. They fail to tell you that! They said I had to wait at least two hours to go to another waiting room. After I got rescheduled three times, they tried telling me I didn’t sign in AFTER the same girl physically handed me the sign in sheet. Will NEVER recommend here or go to this business again!!!!
