Denise is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and personable service! I was seen promptly upon arrival and never felt rushed during my cleaning appointment.

Denise did a great job with my gum scaling and deep cleaning. Removed all my buildup and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, they have gone downhill over the last few years—my dentist has changed twice during that time and with each visit their staff seemed to change. That isn’t the main issue, however… they tend to cancel appointments frequently. Within the last year, I have had 4 appointments cancelled/rescheduled, and usually they don’t inform you until the day of/day before. I had times where I called and rescheduled that were months out, taking off work and moving things around specifically to make it work—only to be cancelled on right before. My most recent appt I got all the way to the office only to be told they had called me to reschedule and I hadn’t replied. I checked my call history and voicemails and had nothing from them. The desk staff are nice and everything, but the scheduling and staffing seems to be a mess. I am much happier with Creve Coeur Dentistry, where they referred me.
