They are great for routine cleanings -- however, when I went for a specific issue (suspect dental cavities), I was told that there were cavities between my teeth which were there and needed to be fixed (not the ones I was concerned about). No problem, I scheduled to get them fixed. During the procedure, the dentist did not engage in any conversation. No warning when needles were used to numb the nerves, no explanation of what was going on until I asked. Poor communication skills. Even still, I got very short answers. That, and they exceeded their estimate by several hundred dollars. As a college student, that was quite an unexpected expense. After all of that, the cavities I came in for to be addressed are still present and cause some significant sensitivities. If you go here, don't just go along with what they say -- be an advocate for your own health.

This is a horrible dentist office. The staff are very rude and do not keep their word, it’s best to get EVERYTHING in writing. They intentionally hurt you while working on your mouth if you had any issues or miscommunications in the past. If you have a problem with the services it’s best to find a new dental office instead of nicely trying to resolve the issue.

Dr John Masengill is an great dentist!!! I've had two teeth restored and definitely had no pain... friendly staff and have an flexible schedule to get you in..
