I was a first time customer, when i got there i was the only one there , i signed in at 1 and she said there was nothing else for me to do but wait i waited for 3+ hours even after 15+ people came in and were seen , I still wasn’t seen , I had to go up to the desk numerous times just for them to tell me every time my information still needs to be verified, not one time did they call me up there and say anything had to be verified i had to go up to the desk 3 times, they proceeded to keep saying things needed to be verified after I’ve been there for 2 hours already while other people were getting seen. After 25 people(yes i did count) were seen before me and I’d been there for hours i left this was just a waste of my time. It does not take 3hr 35 mins to verify information. At least it didn’t with anyone else in there. Horrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone and I will never be back.

I’ve been going here for years and have been really disappointed the last few times. You have to come back multiple times to get things done now, the wait time is crazy and this last time I walked in was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone for at least 20 minutes until I got up and asked for help. The girls act like they dont like their job.When I went to the back the girl that took my kids weight was in a bad mood Not a Hello or follow me or what room to go to just expected us to find our way in. Then proceeded to not say a word at all! That really got me upset it’s very rude. My kids like the dentist, they’ve been seeing her for years and her assistant was pretty friendly as well but everyone before that was just annoyed I guess. And whoever runs this place is, your employees are opening their mouth about the bad treatment they get from you which probably explains the bad attitude so we should probably start there! I’ll probably be taking my kids somewhere else in the future as n

First time here at Rodeo Dental and my kids loved it from the moment they walked in. They have a movie theater and arcade room to entertain the kids while they wait. Maria, was especially nice. She was giving balls out to all the patients while they waited. My kids can’t wait to come back!!
