Dr Andrews has been God’s send for my son’s teeth. He’s treated my son for the last 6 years, that’s braces and aftercare ( retainers x 3) ????????‍♀️ Jaiden loves it there. Staff is professional and very kind everytime we attend an appointment. Both offices are very clean, and airy, with a relaxing atmosphere. Grovetown office is our favorite because it’s 6 minutes from my home. How convenient ???? Dr. Andrews and staff has made my son’s braces experience “straight, clean, and easy” Thank you all so much

An overall positive experience while my child was a patient. It wasn’t until the final appointment that the experience was weird. The technician asked to come to the back while the braces were removed so that Dr. Andrews could speak, but he completely ignored me. Then she noticed the awkward situation and told me I could go back to the waiting room, but I chose to continue sitting in the treatment area. Once Dr. Andrews was finished he continued to ignore me and gave my teen instructions. The treatment before they receive your business and money is different once they’re done with you as a patient.

Very welcoming staff. I was very concerned because I couldn’t find a place where would admit referred patients. I’ve had braces for a couple of months and I moved out of town before I was done with my treatment. Finally after calling almost everywhere they were able to make an appointment right the next day. First visit was free. From the moment I walked in, everyone was taking sanitary precautions and always very nice. Price was reasonable and they worked with my insurance as well. I also loved how honest the orthodontist was by telling me I only needed a few more months of treatment instead of doing 1 year + and making more money…
