My children & I were being seen at a corporate dental chain in the Post Exchange (PX) building on Fort Eisenhower. After continued poor experiences & a child that was traumatized, I decided it was time to find a better dental office. I am so thankful to have found West Augusta Dental Associates! From the initial phone call to schedule new patient appointments to the actual appointments, everything with WADA has been easy & smooth. On the day of the appointment for my oldest, one of ladies at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her credit) went above & beyond to get my youngest child (who had an appointment at a later date) seen the same day. I did not ask & she did not have to but she did. I was so shocked by her effort to go above & beyond for my children & I. I REALLY appreciated her making my life a little easier. My children saw Kat (hygienist). She was so kind to us & wonderful with my children during their X-rays & cleanings. Lastly, Dr. Clepper is a gem

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and patient with me despite not having filled out the paperwork prior to my appointment. The Dentist was clear and concise when explaining to me my oral issues. And the overall process was smooth and relatively simple for a person that has a fear of the dentist. They made this experience pleasant.
