Route 66 Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics West

Some of the most unprofessional service we've received as a family. I called a few weeks ago to let them know that I have new dental insurance, and to ask if they take it. They called back, and said we're good to go. About an hour before the appointment, we get a call saying we're going to need to reschedule because the dentist we were going to see is not credentialed under the new insurance. Ok, we reschedule. This morning, I get a call as I'm driving my 2 year old son to the dentist asking for my new insurance so they can verify that we're covered. I told them that I'm driving my son, I've already given them the insurance information twice, and that I'll give it to them once I get to the office. Once I get to the office, I'm informed that they have a 15 minute late policy and I'll need to reschedule if they can't verify my insurance before then. Have had my kids here before and have had lots of problems with the way scheduling goes and today I had it in my calendar and the facility is closed was supposed to get a call back to reschedule but they never did so didn't change my appointment and today was canceled. Will be looking for a new more kid friendly and capable dentistry. Not suggested if you're a person that doesn't like wasting time. Thank you

My son has been going to Route 66 children's dentistry since he was three years old, his now eighteen and we've always been happy to call Route 66 our dentist we wouldn't have it any other way.. ????
