The Valer team is truly astounding. From the minute I walked in, Patience had me laughing and showed nothing but amazing customer service. David and Natalia made me feel so comfortable and really displayed how much they really care. Definitely not going anywhere else.

I was in there. They told me my insurance didn’t cover a part. Understood that it has to get paid. But if you present a plan to a customer and offer a discount to them, it should be honored. If you can’t honor that price it’s fine, but also getting defensive about me being upset for their staff telling me something different it’s wrong. The older insurance women there was talking over me and escalating a situation that didn’t need to be escalated, speaking condescending to a person is disrespectful too and that’s what she was doing. I said multiple times that I wasn’t trying to argue but also not listening and not letting me speak it’s not the way to go about it. I never said I wouldn’t pay for it. But at least acknowledge and respect the customer enough in a situation where you are at fault by giving wrong information. Great and awesome experience! They were able to provide appointments for the whole family in one day. The kiddos were not afraid and were happy when they left. I totally recommend Valer to anyone! You can’t beat the prices! The dentist’s and staff truly care for you!
